TWO BROTHERS . Margaret River, Western Australia
It has been our long-held dream to have our own vineyard and winery, where we live and work and produce wines with minimal, if any, additives. The wines are all hand (and foot) made with the aim of best reflecting the Margaret River terroir in the sub-region of Wilyabrup. The vineyard is organic, dry-grown and utilises biodynamic principles. On a gentle slope with maximum sun exposure, each block is treated individually, then made into individual wines with minimal intervention to encourage them to speak more of place.
