2021 Orange
Skin contact Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon & Chenin - blended in a rolling wild ferment.

2021 Blanc
50% Chenin Blanc & 50% Sauvignon Blanc, wild ferment in stainless steel.  

2021 Rouge
Shiraz 75%, Cabernet 20% & 5% Merlot.  All reds foot-crushed, hand-plunged and basket pressed to old oak.

Owners Ben and Naomi Gould started making wines from their sustainably farmed vineyard in 2009, they now run 28 Ha of certified Organic vineyards, built a (legal) winery, are raising two young boys, adopted a 30-year-old French son (also known as employee #1, Simon), elected Neko the vineyard cat, wrangled Leroy and his flock of hippie chicks, plus rehomed a million or so of Simon’s bees. All whilst developing their natural ethos of minimising outside influences where possible.
