Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due prior to shipment.
Approved trade customers may receive agreed payment terms.

Delivery
Orders are shipped using DHL, UPS or other approved carriers.
EU deliveries are normally completed within 3–5 working days.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, VAT and local taxes, which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy
If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, notification must be made in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
Where damage occurred during transport, replacement, credit or refund will be arranged following verification with the carrier.
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, correctly supplied goods cannot normally be returned unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
